Full professor of Public International Law at the University of Barcelona. His main lines of research, within which he is the author of various publications and has developed scientific and outreach activities, have been international treaties, the legal regulation of the transnational corporations’ activities and human rights –particularly international standards of work and the international legal enforceability of human rights in periods of political, economic, or other nature crisis.
