Philosophy of law

The increase of the uses of AI in the contemporary world creates new working scenarios for legal, moral and political philosophy. The challenge is immense. On the one hand, we must attend the uses of AI in so diverse fields, but so interconnected, such as robotics, automated decision-making processes, machine autonomy, liability for the use of AI systems or algorithmic discrimination, for instance. On the other hand, in our work we combine the theoretical and propositional frameworks from which we come from with the new contributions arising since the new realities in which we live.

To face this challenge, we propose a multidisciplinary collective philosophy that allows us to understand the changes we are witnessing and examine their impacts in the rights and freedoms, democracy, and the future of the rule of law field.
