In this sense, at DIAR we store or access information on a device and process personal data that you share with us through the forms on this website, always with the sole purpose of keeping a temporary record –for a maximum of six (6) months– that allows us to streamline and optimise our work by this website. Therefore, we do not use any of the information for personalised ads and content, ad and content measurement, and audience insights, or to develop and improve products or services.

The keep of these personal data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used in the framework of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public security, by making themselves available to the judges and/or courts or the Ministry that thus require. The communication of data to the law enforcement and the rest of the authorities of Spain will be done by virtue of the provisions of the regulations on the protection of personal data.
