Artificial intelligence (AI) as an instrument in the promotion and guarantee of rights and freedoms

This text analyses the possibility of proposing the design, training and application of artificial intelligence as an active instrument that contributes to guaranteeing and promoting rights and freedoms within the framework of a democratic, social and rule of law State.  Rights and freedoms that find their foundations in values ​​that reach and maintain their political and social strength to the extent that they are assumed and practiced by a society and by a State or a group of States.
